Blue Shield now offers 5 Medicare Supplement plans: Plans A, F extra, G, G Extra and N. If you are currently enrolled in a Plan F, you can keep your Plan F for as long as you like. Although they will not be available for new enrollments, moving forward.

VISION: (Vision Service Plan (VSP)
1 eye exam every 12 months ($20 copay)
Eyeglass frame every 24 months ($100 allowance
Eyeglass lenses every 12 months ($25 copay) – Single, bifocal, trifocal, Aphakic, lenticular monofocal, or multifocal
Contact lenses every 12 months ($25 copay) – Hard – one pair. Soft – up to a three- to six-month supply for each eye based on lenses selected.
HEARING Aid Services: (Epic Hearing Health Care Providers Network)
Hearing aid exam every 12 months. 2 hearing aids per 12 months.
Vista Hearing Aids, models; 610 or 810. Up to two hearing aids per 12 months.
$499 for Vista 610 model and $799 for Vista 810 model.
Over the Counter Items from CVS (available with Plan G Extra & G Inspire: Eligible over-the-counter (OTC) items are available through the mail-order catalog, OTC Brochure

Medicare Part D Rx plans … You will also need to enroll in a separate Medicare part D Rx plan, which will help you pay for your prescription costs. A good place to start you search is right here.
