The Blue Shield Inspire plan has a very low out of pocket maximum of $799.and includes; UCLA Medical Group, Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, St Johns Physician Partners, Hoag Medical Group, Memorial Care Me Group Regal Med Group, Optum Care and many others around LA county.

With the Blue Shield Inspire plan you can choose a primary care physician from the large list of contracted physician throughout the County.  I’ll be happy to check to see if your doctors and hospital choice are contracted with any of the Blue Shield plans in Los Angeles county.
